This week, SRT spent a few days with Bright Facility Care (BFC) in Richmond, Virginia, one of SRT’s strategic partners. As a contract custodial service provider bidding on a wide variety of custodial contracts, BFC hopes to utilize new technologies such as custodial robots and connected IoT devices to provide greater service to their target customers: schools, warehouses, and other commercial facilities. SRT and BFC discussed our collaboration, the state of the industry, and focusing on specific hardware companies that we be building relationships with for future opportunities. We also met at one of their test facilities to see some of their fleet of custodial robots in action.
