Service Robotics & Technologies, Inc. (“SRT Labs”, “SRT”, “we”) operates www.srtlabs.com (the “Website”). This page informs you of SRT’s policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use the Website. We take your privacy seriously and we are committed to treating your personal information with care and respect.

Information Collection

SRT Labs is the sole owner of the information collected on this Website, through our Software, and via the use of our Services. We only collect personal information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct input to the website from you. We may use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share, sell, or rent your information with any third party outside of our organization.

We may use your information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other information that may be of interest to you. Customers utilizing our services may also opt-in to receive service notifications related to our Software via email or text message. Only active user accounts are given the option to separately opt-in to receive email or text messages through the Software.  Users will first be required to confirm via email or text message response that they agree to receive messages for subscriptions.

You may opt out of receiving any or all of these communications from SRT Labs by clicking the unsubscribe link provided in any email we send. Customers may at any time revoke subscription to text messages by responding “STOP” to notifications they receive, receiving a final “opt-out” confirmation notice to indicate successful unsubscribe. SRT Labs will honor all opt-out requests.

Analytics Software

SRT Labs uses Analytics Software (e.g., Google Analytics, Pipedrive) to collect information about use of the company Website and our Software. Analytics Software collects information such as how often users visit this Website, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other site they used prior to coming to this Website. We use the information we get from Analytics Software only to improve our Website, Software, and targeted advertising.

Please note that host companies of Analytics Software have the ability to use and share information collected by their Analytics Software about your visits to this Website. This is restricted by their policies, such as the Google Analytics Terms of Use and the Google Privacy Policy, and Pipedrive’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

You can opt-out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about activity.

Text Message Services

SRT’s customers have an option to receive text messages regarding their deployment of our Software (SRT Labs M1 Messaging Service). These service notifications can include one-time-password or multi-factor authentication, or user-defined notifications when monitored thresholds are exceeded. Notification type and frequency is contingent upon system or device activity, consistent with the intended notification arrangement determined by the user, as is permitted or limited by SRT’s technology. 

SRT Labs is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, regardless of origination. Message and data rates may apply, consistent with your cellular service provider’s contract. 

For problems or assistance regarding text messages, text “HELP” in response to notifications, or call 571-327-8763, dialing extension 0. If you wish to receive notifications again following an opt-out, text “JOIN” in response to notifications.
