SRT Labs moves fast and it's the nature of our industry to occasionally change directions.
We work in next generation deployments for clients who want us to tell them what is possible. Our client-facing teams collaborate closely to iterate on solutions to real problems faced by our clients. Sometimes, we run experiments to gather insights and inform the design. Building a core platform that can integrate hardware from a wide range of manufacturers and create a shared data ecosystem for automation is not an easy task. The work that we have to do is distributed across our team based on feedback from team members, and carefully prioritized based on feedback from our customers. This means that we cannot guarantee exactly which types what you’ll be working on three months from now… and our team members usually see that as an opportunity.
In other words, there is a lot of high value work available, and it won't be boring.
